This product is a circular RFID tag with a diameter of 20mm, crafted from high-performance PPS (Polyphenylene Sulfide) material and featuring a black appearance. The PPS material offers exceptional properties including high temperature resistance, resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, resistance to organic solvents, waterproof and dustproof capabilities, anti-aging, and high strength, enabling it to adapt to severe operating conditions. The tag embeds a high-performance RFID chip, supporting UHF long-distance reading and batch identification. It can stably store multi-dimensional data such as item ID, specification parameters, usage records, and maintenance information. It is compatible with various installation methods like adhesive mounting and bolt fixing, combining excellent environmental adaptability with intelligent identification capabilities.
