RFID coil loose soldering is a specialized manufacturing process that directly solders RFID chips onto fine copper coils. Different from traditional packaged RFID modules, loose soldering technology directly connects the pins of microchips with the coil endpoints through high-precision soldering equipment, forming RFID core components with more compact structure and more stable  performance. This technology is particularly suitable for applications with special requirements for size, performance and reliability.
